Le groupe sortira son second album, Inglorious II le 12 Mai 2017 via Frontiers Music Srl. L’album est produit et mixé par Kevin Shirley (Iron Maiden, Led Zeppelin, Aerosmith). Le groupe a aussi annoncé le départ du guitariste Wil Taylor et remplacé par Drew Lowe qui faisait partie du line up d'origine.

Près de 50 ans après ses débuts, le groupe a donné samedi 04 février 2017 son ultime concert à Birmingham. Le groupe a terminé son concert par le titre "Paranoid".

DRAGONFORCE "Reaching Into Infinity"

DragonForce sortira leur nouvel album studio, 'Reaching Into Infinity' le 19 mai 2017 aux USA via Metal Blade Records.
L’album a, une nouvelle fois, été enregistré aux Fascination Street Studios d’Örebro, en Suède avec le producteur Jens Bogren.
Ce sera le premier avec Gee Anzalone, nouveau batteur italien.
